Other Shipping Considerations
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Giddy Goat Store is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 21 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please check your tracking number, and/or contact us at info@giddygoatstore.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping Insurance Policy – Giddy Goat Store
Giddy Goat Store offers optional shipping insurance to protect your order against loss, theft, or damage during transit. If proof of delivery is verified by the carrier (e.g., tracking information confirms delivery to the provided address), Giddy Goat Store cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen packages unless shipping insurance was purchased at the time of ordering.
Customers who opt for shipping insurance may file a claim for eligible issues per the insurance provider’s terms. If insurance is not purchased, the customer assumes all risk once the carrier confirms delivery.
If tracking shows "delivered" but the package has not been received, we ask customers to wait an additional 2 days, as carriers may mark packages as delivered prematurely or experience delays in final delivery. In the meantime, please check with neighbors, household members, or your local post office for further details.
